PRIVACY POLICY

 

AllClubVip.com (the “Provider”) is an online service that allows its Members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends (the “Service”). To enrich the experience of each Member, Provider requests and displays certain personal information to its Members, which allows its Members to identify each other and expand their network of friends.

1. Collection and Use of Information by Provider. 

 

(a) Provider collects certain data from its Members such as their name, and email address, in order to identify its  Members and to send notifications to Members relating to the Service. Provider collects other Member profile data including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, age, education and occupation in order to assist Members in finding and communicating with each other.

(b) Provider also collects non-personally-identifiable information from Users and visitors to Provider’s Website, including IP addresses, aggregate User data and browser type. This data is used to manage the Provider’s Website, track usage and improve the Service.  This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to its Members. IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes only. Members’ email addresses are not shared by Provider. 

 

(c) Provider may use a Member’s email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding the Service.

(d) From time to time, Provider, or a partner, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstakes or contest on Provider. Members may be asked to provide personal information including their name, email address or home address, or may be asked to certain answer questions in order to participate in said promotion, sweepstakes or contest. In addition, Provider may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.

2. Links to Other Websites. Provider’s Website contains links to other websites. Provider is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices posted on or pertaining to these other websites. Our privacy policy only governs information collected on Provider’s Website.

3. Correcting, Updating or Removing Information. Members may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account.

4. Third Party Advertising. Advertisements appearing on Provider’s Website may be delivered to Users by Provider or one of Provider’s ad partners.  Provider’s ad partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize a Member’s computer each time said ad partner sends the Member an online advertisement.  In this way, ad servers may compile information about where a Member, or others using a computer, saw the advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on.  This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.  This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by Provider and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

5. Security. All Member accounts are secured by member-created passwords. Provider takes precautions to insure that Member information is kept private. Provider uses reasonable measures to protect Member information that is stored within Provider’s database, and Provider restricts access to Member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of Member information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of Member information at any time. For any additional information about the security measures Provider uses on the Service, please contact us. Provider’s Website is secured with a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate. Transactions on Provider’s Website are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information. Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, Provider will not disclose personal information to any third party unless we believe that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by Provider, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the Provider Terms of Use Agreement or to protect our rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and Users of the Service. Provider reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Provider or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest For more information see the "Changes in Our Privacy Policy" section below.

7. Changes in Our Privacy Policy. From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make Users aware of what the changes are so Users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it.  A User is bound by any minor changes to the policy when she or he uses the Provider’s Website after those changes have been posted. If, however, we are going to use Users' personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection Provider will notify its Members by posting a notice on Provider’s Website for 30 days.
